then review them offline at the times and places most convenient
to you. You'll also have access to online research libraries and
services, as well as other successful professionals with whom you
can share ideas, debate issues and learn from each other's experience.

Courses that are offered as per our catalog can be taught at a location
of your choice. You get the same expert instruction and Silicatec
curriculum, but delivered exclusively to your employees. (Of course,
some "customization" is inevitable, since our instructors
tend to skew
the content toward the students' interests.) With courses at your
location, you minimize lost work time.

scheduling and location preferences. You can choose the format-whether

established classrooms or take courses online. Convenience to sponsor
your employee's coursework is assured by us. All you need to do is
establish a training account with us up to your specified employee-development
budget limit. Rather than go through complex approvals for each separate
employee enrollment, simply send your approved employee's enrollment
form directly to us.
You can request your account by faxing your signed purchase order

Upon approval, we will contact you with specific instructions for
enrolling your employees. You'll be able to enroll your employees

Fully Customized
Courses
You choose a location set a schedule and design the specification
of the traning we shall meet the same. We consult with you to translate
